Role summary

Teamworks is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to manage its Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program. This role involves end-to-end audit cycle management for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS, including evidence collection, gap analysis, and policy development. The analyst will also handle continuous monitoring, risk management, and collaborate with other departments to implement security controls. The ideal candidate will have 3-4+ years of GRC experience, proficiency with GRC automation and questionnaire management tools, and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with additional compliance frameworks and vulnerability management platforms is a plus.

The Opportunity
Teamworks is looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to own the day-to-day operations of our GRC program. You'll work closely with our Senior Cybersecurity Manager to drive audit readiness across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS — managing evidence, closing gaps, and keeping our compliance posture tight. This is a high-autonomy, cross-functional role for someone who takes initiative, works lean, and wants their work to directly shape the company's security story.
What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end audit cycles across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS — scoping, evidence collection, assessor coordination, and finding remediation
  • Lead gap analysis and maintain audit-ready documentation and policies in the trust center
  • Drive continuous monitoring obligations, including PCI DSS monthly reporting and SAQ completion
  • Partner with IT, Engineering, and Sales to implement security controls and support vendor security questionnaires
  • Maintain risk registers and incident playbooks as the business evolves

Must-haves
What You'll Bring

  • 3–4+ years of hands-on GRC experience with proven end-to-end audit cycle management across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and/or PCI DSS
  • Hands-on experience with a GRC automation platform (Drata, Vanta, Anecdotes, or equivalent)
  • Experience with trust portal and questionnaire management tooling (SafeBase, Responsive, or equivalent)
  • Strong written communication skills — able to produce clear, audit-ready policies and documentation
  • Proven ability to manage multiple compliance workstreams independently with minimal oversight

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with NIST CMMC, FERPA, HIPAA, or TX-RAMP/GovRAMP
  • Experience with vulnerability management platforms (Wiz, Tenable, Qualys, or equivalent)
  • Comfort using AI-assisted tools to accelerate documentation and GRC workflows
