The BAM Companies is seeking a Property Manager to lead a residential community. This role involves overseeing daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations, while also managing financials, driving occupancy and retention through marketing and service, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of property management experience, strong leadership and team-building skills, operational discipline, excellent communication, and tech-savviness with CRM/property management systems. As a BAM Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of one of our communities by leading a team, hitting performance goals, and ensuring residents feel at home every day.

🚀 What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations

Lead, mentor, and develop your team (leasing, maintenance, and admin)

Own the financials: budgeting, rent collection, cost control

Drive occupancy and retention through smart marketing and exceptional service

Ensure compliance with fair housing and regulatory guidelines

Champion asset care and property performance

🧠 You Bring:

5+ years of residential property management experience (Class B+ or higher preferred)

Proven leadership and team-building skills

Attention to detail and strong operational discipline

Stellar communication and customer service instincts

Tech-savviness with CRM/property management systems

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, education, and the overall compensation package.
