Role summary

The Learning Experience of Horizon West is seeking a passionate Child Care Director to lead their preschool. The role involves overseeing daily operations, building and managing a team of educators, managing enrollment and family relations, and ensuring compliance with state licensing and safety regulations (DCF, VPK, TLE). The ideal candidate will have at least three years of childcare leadership experience, strong knowledge of state regulations, and excellent communication and business management skills. A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is highly preferred. This is an onsite, full-time position in Winter Garden.

The Learning Experience of Horizon West is seeking a passionate Child Care Director to join our preschool family and help create a nurturing, fun, and inspiring environment for our little learners! We’re looking for someone who is a dynamic leader with a passion for early childhood education, who has a talent for inspiring a team of dedicated educators with enthusiasm and vision and believes in the power of creating a positive impact on children, their families, and the communities of Horizon West and Winter Garden.

Oversee daily operations of the preschool

Ensure compliance with licensing and safety regulations for DCF, VPK and TLE
