The Lindi Corp is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to help us continue serving the Mesquite community! For over 15 years, The Lindi Corp has proudly provided plumbing and HVAC services to local residents and businesses. Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant components
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems
• Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring understanding of system operation and any necessary maintenance
• Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices
• Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards when working with HVAC equipment

Requirements

• 2+ years of HVAC experience preferred
• Valid EPA Certification required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components and installations
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
