As the company grows, this role will hire, manage, and coach a recruiting team. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of in-house technical recruiting experience, ideally within the nuclear or a related regulated industry, with a proven ability to source and close senior leaders and hard-to-find talent in competitive markets.
