JOB FUNCTIONParticipants in our Summer Internship program will be individually mentored by members of various teams and have direct, hands-on exposure related to tasks specific to this mentor’s day-to-day role. Beyond the Technology team, interns are encouraged to participate in Riverside’s broader summer programming, including opportunities to listen in on weekly Investment Committee meetings and attend our weekly speaker series. Together, these experiences provide exposure to Riverside’s business, leaders, and collaborative culture.
