QDOBA Mexican Eats is seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead their restaurant operations. The role involves leading by example, hiring and developing a team, managing budgets, inventory, and scheduling, fostering a positive culture, and building community connections. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of restaurant management experience, a track record of team building and mentoring, and strong operational and communication skills.
