Role summary
The Combination Welding Instructor is responsible for delivering quality education through effective classroom instruction and hands-on training. This role involves teaching assigned classes, creating a welcoming learning environment, and assisting with curriculum development and material preparation. Key responsibilities include maintaining student records, ensuring a neat classroom and lab, and utilizing retention techniques. The instructor will also manage department equipment and supplies, attend mandatory meetings, and report student absences. A strong work ethic, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office are required. Prior teaching experience is not necessary, as a paid training program is provided.
