They are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners, conduct in-home design consultations, provide estimates, and close projects. This is a 100% commission, W-2 role with uncapped earnings potential, significant bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate is resilient, comfortable with commission-based sales, and technologically proficient with an iPad.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing, bathroom remodeling, or siding solutions and close projects in-home.

$4,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

What You’ll Do

Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generation required.

Conduct professional in-home design consultations, design custom showers using proprietary rendering software, provide same-day estimates, and execute a one-sit close.

Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.

On target earnings between $150K–$320K+ annually.

Pre-set qualified leads—focus on closing, not prospecting.

4 weeks paid training at $1,000/week, plus earn full commission — not a draw.

What It Takes To Succeed

Resilience and ability to handle rejection without being discouraged.

Ability to drive 100 miles a day on average.

Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Comfortable working in a commission-based role.

Technological proficiency in using an iPad.

Submit to a background screening.

Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
