Role summary

Titan Security is seeking Security Officers for a location in West Bloomfield, Michigan. Responsibilities include performing concierge and patrol services, conducting access control, monitoring security technology (CCTV, access control systems, incident reporting software), writing detailed reports, conducting patrols, responding to emergencies, and enforcing policies. The role requires exceptional customer service and adaptability. Candidates must be at least 18, possess a valid driver's license, have a High School diploma or GED, and pass pre-employment screenings. Previous security experience is preferred. Compensation ranges from $14.00 to $16.25 per hour, with benefits including paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, vision, and 401K.

Titan Security is hiring Security Officers to work at a location in the West Bloomfield, Michigan area.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform concierge and patrol services at assigned properties, ensuring the safety and security of tenants, visitors, and assets.
  • Conduct access control and gate entry operations at warehouse locations, verifying credentials and logging over-the-road drivers.
  • Monitor and operate security technology, including CCTV systems, access control systems, and incident reporting software.
  • Write detailed and professional reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations.
  • Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols to deter and detect security threats.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, and incidents, following company and client protocols.
  • Enforce company and client policies, including safety procedures, trespassing, and unauthorized access.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional security presence.
  • Adapt quickly to new environments, client expectations, and site-specific procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    • Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Previous experience in security is preferred.
