Role summary

Titan Security is seeking Security Officers to provide excellent customer service, maintain logs, control access, monitor security cameras, and conduct patrols to ensure a safe environment. Responsibilities include responding to incidents and emergencies. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a High School diploma or GED, pass a drug screen and background check, be able to commute to multiple sites in Pine Grove and Reading, PA, and meet physical demands including lifting 50+ lbs and working in inclement weather. Open availability for all shifts is required. Bilingualism and driver's license are preferred.

Responsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information

Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.

Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required

Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment

Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management

Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications of Security Officers:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

High School diploma or general education degree (GED)

Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Able to commute to multiple sites in Pine Grove and Reading, PA

Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Must have open availability for all shifts

Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:

Bilingual considered a plus.

Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required

Driver’s license not required, but license and satisfactory DMV history allows broader assignment to a vehicular mobile patrol
