Role summary

Titan Security is seeking Security Patrol Officers for an industrial location in Cleveland, Ohio. Responsibilities include controlling access, verifying credentials and vehicle passes, conducting Marsec inspections, performing patrols on foot and by vehicle, monitoring security cameras, maintaining logs, responding to incidents and emergencies, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must be at least 18, possess a valid driver's license, have a High School diploma or GED, and be able to pass a drug screen and background check. The ability to obtain an Ohio Guard Card and TWIC Card is required. Previous security dispatching experience is preferred.

Titan Security is currently hiring Security Patrol Officers to work at an industrial location in Cleveland, Ohio.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Duties may include:

  • Control access to the plant through gate operations, verifying credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • Checking vehicle passes to make sure the vehicles are allowed on property.
  • Checking semi trucks paperwork and directing them to the proper Gate.
  • Understanding Marsec (Maritime Security) procedures.
  • Conduct Marsec vehicle inspections.
  • Conduct general patrols on foot and within a vehicle to check for security violations like unsafe conditions or unauthorized persons.
  • Control access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required.
  • Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
  • Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages.
  • Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management.
  • Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty.
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Previous experience in security dispatching is preferred.
  • Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time.
  • Able to obtain an Ohio Guard Card.

    • Required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.

    Preferred Certifications: NRC Certification.
