Role summary

Titan Security is seeking Security Officers to provide excellent customer service, maintain administrative logs, monitor security cameras, conduct patrols, and respond to incidents and emergencies. Responsibilities include controlling access for tenants, visitors, and vendors, and guarding against theft to maintain a safe environment. The role requires physical fitness, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various conditions. An active Wisconsin Private Security License and a clean MVR are mandatory. Preferred qualifications include 1 year of experience in security, customer service, retail, hotel, or restaurant roles, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Must have an Active Wisconsin Private Security License

• MUST HAVE AN Drivers license IN GOOD STANDING and clean MVR

Responsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information

Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.

Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required

Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment

Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management

Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications of Security Officers:• Must be at least 18 years of age• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:• 1 year experience as a security officer or in a customer service, retail, hotel or restaurant position.• Bi-lingual considered a plus.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software

Pay and Benefits for Security Officers:• $18.00 - $20.00 / hour based on experience and site
