Role summary
Titan Electronics, a division of Marksman Titan Security Group, is seeking an experienced Security and CCTV System Installer/Technician III to join their team. This role involves installing and servicing electronic security systems, including enterprise-level access control, IP CCTV, burglar alarms, and intercom systems. The technician will travel to customer sites throughout the Chicagoland Area, Southern Wisconsin, and Northwest Indiana, diagnosing and repairing equipment, and providing customer training. Required skills include knowledge of computer networks and specific access control and CCTV systems. An Associate's or Technical Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience are required. A PERC card is required upon hire.

Titan Electronics, a division of Marksman Titan Security Group, provides electronic security system installation and service and is looking for an experienced Security and CCTV System Installer/Technician III. We are in one of the fastest growing industries, operating in a highly entrepreneurial environment, and searching for talent! The Security and CCTV Service Technician position reports to the Service Manager and Operations Manager.
Duties/responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Education and/or Experience: Associates Degree or Technical Degree. 3 plus years of experience in installing and programming Access Control systems including Brivo, Genetec, LenelS2, AMAG, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, or Avigilon.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a valid PERC.
Language Skills: Must have ability to read, write speak, and understand English.
Other Qualifications: Required skills include knowledge of computer networks, switches, IP addresses, routers, and modems. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Physical Demands: Must be able to work in outdoor environments and be comfortable working on step ladders, extension ladders and power lifts. Ability to routinely lift, push, or pull packages of up to 60lbs.
Wages & Benefits: $40.00-45.00/hr (depending on experience) plus discretionary year-end bonus, paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision
