Role summary
Tower Research Capital, a quantitative trading firm, seeks a Trading Operations Specialist with 3+ years of experience. Responsibilities include monitoring live trading and risk, contributing to the automated trading operations codebase, managing projects, coordinating upgrades, and applying programmatic solutions. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, strong Python and Linux skills, exceptional analytical abilities, and familiarity with PNL/Risk reporting applications and trading technology. The role requires problem-solving in complex real-time systems and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role based in New York City.
