  • Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and destination options
  • Assist with coordinating booking details and confirmations
  • Keep client information and trip records accurate and current
  • Communicate with clients to gather information and answer questions
  • Follow up on outstanding details, updates, and reservation changes
  • Use online tools and established systems to manage planning tasks
  • Help make sure clients have the information they need before departure
  • Stay organized when managing multiple trips and deadlines

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using email, online platforms, and basic computer tools
  • Able to work independently and stay productive in a remote setting
  • Dependable, professional, and customer-focused
  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes
  • Enjoys planning, problem-solving, and helping others

What We Provide

  • Fully remote work environment
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Training and step-by-step guidance
  • Ongoing support and resources
  • Established tools and systems to help you succeed
  • Opportunity to develop skills in organization, planning, and client support

Previous travel experience is not required. Training is provided, making this a great opportunity for someone with a background in customer service, administration, scheduling, hospitality, or simply a strong interest in planning and organization.

If you're the type of person who likes having all the details in the right place and enjoys helping make things easier for others, we'd love to hear from you.
