Transportation Support Coordinator — Remote

Bring your communication, organization, and customer-service skills to a role that helps keep transportation operations moving.

Truck Driver Nation LLC is hiring a full-time Transportation Support Coordinator to work directly with our team and provide remote operational and administrative support for our U.S. transportation activities.

Previous transportation experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with transferable experience in customer service, administrative support, scheduling, operations, logistics, trucking, call-center support, or other fast-paced professional environments are encouraged to apply.

This role is designed for someone who communicates professionally, follows through on details, stays organized, and is comfortable supporting drivers and transportation operations throughout a busy workday.

What You'll Do

As a Transportation Support Coordinator, you will help our transportation team stay organized, informed, and responsive by supporting communication, documentation, scheduling, and day-to-day operational activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for transportation activities.
  • Communicate professionally with drivers, brokers, carriers, customers, and internal team members.
  • Assist with pickup, delivery, appointment, and scheduling information.
  • Follow up with drivers and other contacts to obtain required status updates and information.
  • Enter and maintain accurate transportation records, notes, and documents in company systems.
  • Review information for completeness and follow up when documents or details are missing.
  • Assist with tracking active transportation activity and communicating status updates.
  • Help coordinate routine schedule changes and operational requests.
  • Respond to routine driver and customer questions and direct more complex issues to the appropriate team member.
  • Identify delays, missing information, or other potential issues and communicate them promptly.
  • Maintain organized electronic files and accurate business records.
  • Support the transportation team with additional coordination and administrative responsibilities as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Transportation, trucking, logistics, or operations experience is preferred but not required.
  • Relevant experience in customer service, administrative support, scheduling, call-center operations, coordination, sales support, or similar professional environments will be considered.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Strong professional phone, email, and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Comfortable communicating with drivers, customers, and transportation professionals.
  • Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and web-based business systems.
  • Computer suitable for daily professional remote work.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Reliable and professional work-from-home environment.
  • Ability to work independently and remain accountable in a remote position.
  • Availability during required U.S. transportation operating hours.
  • Familiarity with U.S. trucking or transportation operations is an advantage.

Who May Do Well in This Role

You may be a strong candidate if you're the person others rely on to keep information organized, follow up on unfinished tasks, communicate changes, and make sure important details don't get overlooked.

Experience in transportation can be helpful, but this role also draws heavily on skills developed in customer service, administrative support, scheduling, operations, coordination, and other environments where communication and follow-through matter.

The ability to stay calm, professional, and organized while several things are happening at once can be especially valuable in this position.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time. Schedule adjustments may occasionally be required based on transportation operations, pickup and delivery requirements, or customer needs.

Compensation

$20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
