Role summary
Tulip is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager in Somerville, MA, for a hybrid role. This individual will own the company's content strategy, editorial calendar, and program execution to drive pipeline and revenue in the manufacturing technology sector, focusing on AI in manufacturing. The role requires 5-8+ years of B2B SaaS or technical content marketing experience, with a strong portfolio in thought leadership, campaign content, and sales enablement. Key responsibilities include developing content that translates product positioning into market narratives, partnering with Product Marketing and Demand Generation, building sales enablement materials, and leveraging AI to enhance content creation workflows and performance analysis. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on shaping Tulip's market narrative.
This role is located in Somerville, MA - We are a hybrid work environment and are in the office 3+ days/per week.
Tulip brings modern technology and AI into manufacturing. Manufacturing accounts for almost 20% of the global economy and one in every seven workers on Earth, yet remains among the least digitized. More than a decade ago, we created the category to close that gap: AI-native software that puts cutting-edge tools directly in the hands of the people on the manufacturing front lines. Because we are human-centered and tech-obsessed, we are building a future of work where human ingenuity is amplified with the latest technology.
In January 2026 we became one of Boston's few new AI unicorns, reaching a $1.3B valuation. We're growing double digits in revenue year over year. The world's best manufacturers run on Tulip - turning inventory 10x faster, releasing gene therapies in hours instead of weeks, and training master craftspeople to forge engagement rings 5x more rapidly. Headquartered in Somerville, MA with offices in Germany, Hungary, Singapore, Japan, and Israel, we've been consistently named a World Economic Forum Global Innovator, a Gartner leader, and one of Built In Boston's "Best Places to Work."
We run the way we build: AI-forward, humanistic, and high ownership. We're looking for builders who are energized by complex problems, rapid cycles, and the unique opportunity to see their impact on a global scale.
About the Role:
You’ll own the content that shapes how Tulip wins in the market. That means the editorial strategy, the programs that create pipelines, the content Sales actually uses in deals, and the framework that connects all of it to commercial outcomes. This is a senior IC role. Tulip is replacing the legacy systems running factory floors around the world, and the story hasn’t been told the way it deserves to be. The factory floor is having its biggest software moment in a generation. You’ll be the one writing the narrative for it.
About You:
You write with a sharp point of view and an instinct for what makes a buyer stop scrolling. You understand the difference between content that builds brand over time and content that moves a deal forward next week, and you know how to make both. You’ve built AI into how you actually work, and you want to own something real, not manage a calendar.
