Role summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a remote Regional Marketing Coordinator to oversee communities in an assigned region. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for census growth through strategic initiatives, conducting site visits, and generating weekly and quarterly reports. The coordinator will also develop new processes and work leads. The position requires up to 50% travel, including overnight stays. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living. Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships, evidence of a local referral network, and knowledge of Microsoft Office are also necessary. The ideal candidate possesses excellent sales and marketing skills, including lead generation and conversion, and strong written and oral communication abilities.

Regional Marketing Coordinator - Senior Living

This position is remote, but will require up to 50% travel. Overnight travel may be required.

The Regional Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing communities in the assigned region and reports to the Director of Marketing. Cenus growth through vision, mission, growth. Conducting site visits, weekly and quarterly reporting. The Regional Marketing Coordinator will walk communities, develop new processes, and work leads.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field required
Must have a minimum of two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living
Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales & marketing (lead generation and conversion)
Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships required
Evidence of local referral network from which to develop referrals
Must be able and willing to travel, overnight travel required
Deeply committed to team-oriented outcomes
Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
