Two Chairs is seeking a part-time, remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join their innovative mental health system. This role involves conducting remote psychiatric assessments and follow-up sessions, managing medications, and integrating psychotherapy. The position emphasizes collaborative, measurement-based care within a clinician-led environment. Successful candidates will be board-certified PMHNPs licensed in Washington, with at least 2 years of experience in mental health services and an active DEA license. The role offers flexible scheduling (16 hours/week) with no nights or weekends, competitive hourly pay ($62-$108/hour depending on location and experience), and comprehensive benefits including paid administrative time and CME access. Conduct remote 55-minute psychiatry assessments and 25-minute follow-up sessions designed for combined medication management and brief psychotherapeutic support.
Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, including controlled substances, in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically appropriate to support your clients in reaching their goals efficiently and sustainably.
Partner closely with therapists in a true integrated care model, through our shared EHR system and consultation spaces.
Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership, sharing direct feedback that shapes how our clinical care is delivered.
Use data-informed tools and measurement-based care to tailor treatment plans and improve outcomes. About Two Chairs
