Uber Freight is seeking a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) specializing in Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) to manage key accounts. The ideal candidate has 5-7+ years of experience in LTL account strategy and management, with a strong understanding of network optimization and financial analysis. Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce is preferred.
The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) — LTL SME owns the ultimate health, retention, strategic growth, and overall performance of assigned accounts, serving as the primary authority on Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) strategy and network optimization.

This role bridges the gap between high-level account strategy and operational execution—partnering closely with LTL Procurement and mixed TL/LTL operations teams to drive cost savings, service excellence, and value delivery across the customer's network.
