Role summary

UBS is seeking a Registered Client Associate to support the Guo Group in their wealth management solutions for ultra and high net worth clients. This role involves maintaining client information in management systems, educating clients on services, preparing reports for meetings, handling documentation for new accounts and service requests, planning marketing events, and managing a team activity calendar. The ideal candidate will have Series 7 and 66 licenses, 3-5 years of client service experience in the finance sector, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree in Finance is preferred. This is an onsite, full-time position based in Wellesley, MA.

We’re looking for a Registered Client Associate to:

• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

The team

You’ll be working in the Boston, MA and/or Wellesley branch office location supporting the Guo Group. We provide wealth management solutions to domestic and international ultra and high net worth clients. As a Registered Client Associate, you’ll play an important role in supporting your Financial Advisor(s).

Your skills and experience

• Series 7 and 66 licenses
• Ideally 3-5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• Bachelor degree preferred, focusing on Finance
• Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to perform under pressure

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - Massachusetts - Wellesley min USD 65000 - max USD 85000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
