Role summary

UBS is seeking a Registered Client Associate to join their Wealth Management team in Riverside, California. This role supports client advisors in delivering exceptional service to high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families. Responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for client inquiries, assisting with account opening, onboarding, due diligence, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess Series 7 and 66 licenses, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in client service within the finance sector is preferred.

We’re looking for a Registered Client Associate:
• support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
• be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries or orders, stock orders, payments, etc.
• assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
• support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals and the like
• collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements

The team

You’ll be working as part of a Wealth Management team in Riverside. We support high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.

Your skills and experience

• series 7 and 66 licenses.
• ideally 2+ years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• Collaborative in nature with a proactive mindset and willingness to lead
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - California - Riverside min USD 55000 - max USD 75000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
