Role summary

UBS is seeking a part-time Client Associate for their dynamic, growing team in Pasadena, CA. This role is crucial for leading the team's client service focus. Responsibilities include maintaining client information systems, educating clients on services, preparing reports, managing documentation for new accounts, planning marketing events, and maintaining a team calendar. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in client service, finance, or banking, a bachelor's degree in financial markets (preferred), and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Series 7 and 66 licenses are preferred and must be obtained within 180 days. Excellent communication and detail-oriented skills are essential.

Key responsibilities

We’re looking for a Client Associate to:

• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

The team

You’ll be working with a dynamic, growing team in Pasadena, CA. As a Client Associate, you’ll play an important role within the team leading client service focus.

Your skills and experience

• series 7 and 66 licenses preferred (must obtain within 180 days of start date)
• ideally 2 years of experience in client service, finance or banking sector preferred
• bachelor's degree (preferred, not required), focusing on financial market
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - California - Pasadena min USD 55000 - max USD 75000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
