Role summary

UBS is seeking a part-time Client Associate for their financial team in Austin. The role involves maintaining client information systems, educating clients on services, preparing reports, collecting documentation for new accounts, planning marketing events, and managing marketing materials. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of client service experience in the finance sector, a bachelor's degree, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

We’re looking for a Client Associate - Part-time to:

• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

The team

You'll be working with a financial team in the Austin office.

Your skills and experience

• ideally 1-2 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• bachelor degree preferred
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
