Role summary

UBS is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Associate for their WMA branch office in Mt. Laurel, NJ. This role involves cash management, securities processing, record keeping, and margin activities within the Field Operations team. The Service Associate will also greet and assist clients, build relationships with financial advisors, and maintain regulatory knowledge. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of client service experience in the finance sector and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. This is an onsite, full-time position with a salary range of $60,000 - $77,000 per annum.

We’re looking for a Service Associate to:

• carry out cash management functions, process securities and correspondence, keep records and perform margin activities as a member of the Field Operations team aligned to the Market
• greet and assist clients and visitors to the branch, providing exceptional service
• create strong partnerships, cultivating relationships with assigned financial advisors and coordinating with the operations function
• maintain risk awareness and regulatory knowledge

The team

You’ll be working in person within a WMA branch office on the operational team where we provide advice-based solutions. Our financial advisors deliver a fully integrated set of products and services specifically designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families.

Your skills and experience

• ideally 3 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New Jersey - Mt. Laurel min USD 60000 - max USD 77000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
