Role summary

UBS is seeking a Registered Client Associate for their Wealth Management team in Los Angeles, CA. This full-time, onsite role involves maintaining client information systems, educating clients on services, preparing reports, managing documentation for new accounts, planning marketing events, and maintaining marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in wealth management, 2 years of client service experience in the finance sector, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Series 7 and 66 licenses are preferred and must be obtained within 6 months of hire. The salary range is USD 55,000 - 75,000 per annum.

We’re looking for a Registered Client Associate to:

• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

The team

You’ll be working with a Wealth Management team in Los Angeles, CA. This position will be full time in the office in the Beverly Hills branch.

Your skills and experience

• series 7 and 66 licenses preferred (must obtain within 6 months of start date)
• ideally 2 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• [bachelor degree preferred], focusing on wealth management
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - California - Los Angeles min USD 55000 - max USD 75000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
