Role summary
Uline is seeking an EDI Integration Analyst to support its B2B eCommerce website. This role involves analyzing, developing, and implementing EDI and punchout catalog solutions to meet customer and business needs. The analyst will act as a liaison between internal teams (eCommerce, Sales, IT) and external customers, troubleshoot issues, and create documentation. A Bachelor's degree in information systems or IT is required, with prior EDI or Punchout Catalog experience being preferred. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management skills are essential for this on-site position.

Position Responsibilities
Analyze and develop Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and punchout catalog solutions for Uline’s website that address customer and business needs.
Serve as a liaison between Uline’s eCommerce, Sales and IT teams and our customers to implement new EDI integrations and enhancements.
Assist with testing new EDI and punchout catalog solutions and troubleshoot issues to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Create and maintain clear documentation, procedure guides and progress reports to inform internal teams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information systems, IT or a related field.
Prior Electronic Data Interchange or Punchout Catalog experience preferred.
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Organized with strong multitasking and time-management skills.
