Role summary

Unconventional AI is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for their Mt. View, CA office. This full-time, onsite role is crucial for managing the logistics of a high-growth startup and ensuring a world-class recruiting experience. Responsibilities include high-volume scheduling for technical panels and international candidates, maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) like Greenhouse, tracking recruiting metrics, acting as a primary candidate contact, and assisting with onboarding and company culture events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and an excellent communicator, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to serve as the operational heartbeat of our growing team in Mt. View. This operations role will ensure a world-class recruiting experience for all of our candidates!

The Role

As our Recruiting Coordinator, you will manage the complex logistics of a high-growth startup. You will be the face of Unconventional AI for candidates and the "glue" that keeps our Mt. View headquarters running smoothly. This is an onsite role requiring a minimum of 4 days per week at our Mt. View office.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • High-Velocity Scheduling: Manage end-to-end interview logistics, including complex technical panels, onsite visits, and international time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers.
  • Recruiting Operations & Data: Maintain the integrity of Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You will update recruiting reports, track pipeline metrics, and provide the leadership team with visibility into our hiring health.
  • Candidate Concierge: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates. From the first greeting to the final offer stage, you’ll ensure every "Unconventional" candidate feels supported and informed.
  • Culture & Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding of new hires and help organize team-building events, offsites, and "unconventional" celebrations that strengthen our culture.
