Role summary

UnityPoint Health is seeking an Experience Specialist for their Stoughton Clinic. This part-time role focuses on creating a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and visitors by providing front-line assistance, greeting guests, guiding them to departments, and helping with paperwork. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Job Description

Shift: Monday- Friday, between 7:00a-5:00p.

As an Experience Specialist, you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, welcoming, and supportive environment for patients and visitors. This position provides front‑line assistance by greeting guests, guiding them to the appropriate departments, and helping with required paperwork to ensure an efficient visit.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Previous customer service experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred
