Results (Ascension - Saint Thomas) is seeking a flexible and motivated Physical Therapist for their Outpatient Ortho clinic in Mt. Juliet, TN. This role offers a Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE!) model, giving therapists control over their schedule and income. Responsibilities include patient evaluations and follow-up visits, efficient documentation, and maintaining high clinical outcomes. A valid Tennessee Physical Therapist license and a DPT, MPT, or equivalent degree are required. This hybrid position offers part-time or full-time hours, including evenings and weekends, with employee discounts and benefits available.

Schedule Options:

Qualifications:

Active / pending Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligible)

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
