Benchmark Physical Therapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for their outpatient orthopedic clinic in Evansville, IN. The role involves delivering evidence-based care, developing individualized treatment plans, and tracking patient progress under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. A Generative AI Documentation Scribe is available to assist with clinical documentation. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited PTA program and an active or pending Indiana PTA license.

What You’ll Do as a Physical Therapist Assistant

Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans

Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team

Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community

Continue your professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs

Part Time Schedule

Part Time (1-29 hours)

Mornings, weekdays, evenings, and weekends available

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (or upcoming graduate)

Active / pending Indiana PTA license (or eligibility)
