Role summary
Benchmark Physical Therapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for their outpatient orthopedic clinic in Evansville, IN. This role involves providing as-needed treatment coverage (1-19 hours per week), developing evidence-based care plans, and delivering high-quality therapy. The position offers competitive PRN compensation ($50.00 - $55.00 per hour), a 401k with match, continuing education discounts, a free Medbridge account, and an Employee Assistance Program. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with an active or pending Indiana Physical Therapist license.
