Role summary

Results PT is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an outpatient ortho clinic in Antioch, TN. This role offers a flexible income opportunity with Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE!), allowing PTAs to control their caseload and schedule. Responsibilities include patient care, documentation, and coding, with compensation based on completed visits and hourly non-treatment rates. Full-time and part-time options are available. Requires an active or pending PTA license in Tennessee and graduation from an accredited PTA program.

Compensation – $20 per completed follow-up visit; $20 hourly non-treatment rate for cancellations

Schedule Options:

Full Time (30-40 hours)

Part Time (1-29 hours)

Weekdays, weekends, mornings, and evenings available

Qualifications:

Active / pending Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Tennessee (or eligible)

Graduate of an accredited PTA program (or upcoming graduate)
