Role summary
Integrity Rehab Group seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant for its partnership with Cape Fear Valley Health/Fayetteville Orthopedics in Fayetteville, NC. The role focuses on providing a remarkable patient experience through evidence-based treatment and strong relationships with physician partners, aiming for exceptional patient outcomes in a positive, collaborative environment. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care and potentially interacting with physicians through shadowing and surgery observation. The position offers a competitive hourly rate starting at $31/hour, a 40-minute patient schedule model, and benefits for full-time employees (30+ hours/week), including continuing education, PTO, health insurance, and 401k match.

In partnering with Cape Fear Valley Health/Fayetteville Orthopedics we have become a preferred outpatient orthopedic therapy service provider to the Fayetteville, NC community. To further support the needs of this community we are looking to add a Physical Therapist Assistant to our team that is committed to providing a remarkable patient experience through advancing our vision of coordinating patient-centered care with an emphasis on comprehensive evidence-based treatment. This is enhanced through building integral relationships with our physician partners. Together, we strive to provide exceptional patient outcomes and a positive atmosphere for patient healing while promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
