Role summary
Upstream's telehealth team is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist skilled in both ortho and pelvic health treatments to support Mississippi markets. This role offers flexible schedules, autonomy over caseloads, and efficient documentation/scheduling systems. The ideal candidate will have an active Mississippi Physical Therapist license and reside in a compact state. The position focuses on helping patients achieve a more active life through telehealth, with opportunities for higher earnings based on completed visits. Structured onboarding and support are provided to ensure success.

Upstream's telehealth team is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist skilled in both ortho and pelvic health treatments to support our Mississippi markets. Must be willing to work 3 evenings each week, or 2 evenings and a Saturday (CST). Candidates must reside in a compact state.
