Role summary

Results PT is seeking a flexible and motivated Physical Therapist for their Smyrna, TN location. This role offers a Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE!) model, allowing therapists to control their caseload and schedule while earning $45 per evaluation and $30 per follow-up visit. The position requires an active Tennessee Physical Therapist license and a graduate degree from an accredited PT program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent). The company provides efficient documentation and scheduling systems, structured onboarding, and employee benefits. Both full-time and part-time options are available, with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Schedule Options:

Part Time (1-29 hours)

Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligible)

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
