Partner Success Lead
Boulder, COHybridFull Time$190,000–$230,000 /yrPosted 22 hours agoVisa sponsorship available
About BridgeBridge is the fastest, most compliant way for virtual care companies to accept insurance nationwide. Our partners go in-network across the country in as little as 30 days without building the operational machinery themselves. Our platform handles payer contracting, credentialing, benefit verification, medical coding, claim submission, denial management, and compliance in one integrated solution. We're backed by Andreessen Horowitz, General Catalyst, Thrive Capital, Khosla Ventures, Greenoaks, Intermountain Ventures, and Mischief, and we're growing quickly.
The RolePartner Success owns everything that happens after a partner signs: onboarding, account management, and day-to-day support. Speed to launch is one of Bridge's core advantages, and our partners expect us to move as fast as they do.
We're hiring a Partner Success Lead to lead and scale this function. You've done this before. You've helped take an onboarding, account management, and support organization from under 100 clients to several hundred, and you know which systems, metrics, and team structures hold up along the way.
This is a builder role. You'll design how the team runs, hire and train the people who run it, and build the knowledge systems that let your team answer partner questions on their own. You'll be the senior voice to partner executives, including when they're frustrated, and a strong partner to our Sales, Engineering, Revenue Cycle, and Operations teams. Over the next few years, you'll grow this into a multi-team organization led by managers you've hired, supporting several hundred partners. You'll report directly to the CEO.

Total compensation may also include equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
LocationWe prefer candidates who can join us in person in Boulder, CO, and we cover relocation. Our ideal week is 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

What You'll Do
- Lead Partner Success. Own the partner journey from contract signature through launch, growth, and renewal, and shape how the function runs as we scale to several hundred partners.
- Launch partners fast. Make 30-day launches the norm, not the exception.
- Grow and retain partners. Partners should grow on Bridge, not just go live on Bridge.
- Make support scale. Resolve issues fast and fix root causes so they don't come back.
- Build and develop the team. Hire, train, and grow a team that can resolve most partner questions on its own.
- Lead with data. Own the partner journey metrics and use them to decide where to focus.
- Partner across Bridge. Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations, and bring the partner's perspective into product decisions.
What We're Looking For
- You've helped scale an onboarding, account management, or support organization from under 100 clients to several hundred, ideally in health tech or healthcare services.
- You build systems. You can point to processes, tools, and training you built that your team still runs on, and the results they produced.
- You're highly analytical. You know your numbers, build dashboards and KPIs, and ground plans in data.
- You move fast. You make decisions with incomplete information, follow through without reminders, and stay effective when priorities shift.
- You're polished and composed with executives. You can hold a clear position with a frustrated partner while keeping the relationship strong, and you shield your team so they can focus.
- You lead with low ego. You work alongside your team, give credit freely, and care more about the outcome than being right.
- You've hired and trained strong teams, and you've built training programs that get new hires productive quick
- You learn fast. Bridge spans payers, credentialing, billing, coding, and compliance. You absorb new domains quickly and rarely need to ask the same question twice.
- 8+ years in customer success, client operations, or partner management, including 3+ years leading teams. Startup experience and healthcare or health tech experience is required. Familiarity with telehealth, insurance billing, or revenue cycle management is a plus.
Why Bridge
- Lead a critical function at a company accelerating the adoption of virtual care to lower costs and improve access.
- Build the team and the function with direct CEO partnership.
- High ownership and clear impact. The partners you support and the team you build directly drive Bridge's revenue.
- Competitive salary, benefits, and equity. Given Bridge's stage, we put real weight on equity upside.
