Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Perl development, Linux (command line, debugging), reading data file formats (JSON, XML), and Oracle (query optimization, data modeling).

Top Three Skills:
1. 5+ years of hands-on development experience in Perl.
2. 5+ years of Linux experience (specifically with command line operations, debugging and reviving files.)
3. 5+ years of experience reading and understanding JSON, XML and other data file forms from libraries.
4. 5 + years of Oracle experience (the ability to write and optimize complex quires and create/maintain relational data models.)
