They are seeking a Backend Platform Engineer with 2-8 years of experience to build core infrastructure for world governments. The role requires experience with Python, DevOps, Bash, Linux, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS/GCP, and agentic/LLM tooling. Preferred qualifications include Typescript, React, and NextJS. The position is based in San Francisco/DC and involves working on mission-critical national security problems. Bonus points for security clearances and prior government project experience.

You’ll be a backend platform engineer building the core platform infrastructure that world governments will use daily to acquire any technology at the speed of relevance.

Who we’re looking for

2-8 YOE backend infra experience
Experience with several of the following: Python, DevOps, Bash, Linux, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS/GCP, and agentic/LLM tooling.
- Bonus: Typescript
Has passion for solving mission-critical national security problems

Bonuses

Holds a TS/SCI or Secret Clearance
Has worked on government projects before
Familiarity with React, NextJS, Typescript
