Role summary

Valkyrie Enterprises is seeking a C3BM Principal Integration Analyst in Colorado Springs, CO. This role involves systems engineering for Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems, focusing on technical engineering, integration, future concepts, and multi-national exchange designs. Key responsibilities include delivering interoperability analysis, providing technical guidance for C2BMC and external capabilities, collaborating with international partners on multi-TDL architectures, and managing the integration and operation of Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS) for secure data flow across classification boundaries. The analyst will also work on tactical track feeds, Common Tactical Pictures (CTP), and Common Operational Pictures (COP), interface with Joint Interface Control Officers (JICO), and manage organizational data policies and security guidelines. A Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 12+ years of experience is required, along with familiarity with MDA/DoW policies, BMDS, C3BM programs, and joint/multi-tactical data link networks. An active Secret clearance is mandatory.

In this role you will be part of the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts to include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs. Systems engineering tasking includes participation in reviews and assessments of C2BMC engineering products and documentation

Job Description:

Deliver interoperability analysis and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/DCC, DCC contractors and MDS Elements
Work with Support C2BMC operations worldwide specifically in interfacing with the Combatant Commands and other offices within the C2BMC program
Collaborate directly with joint, coalition, and international partners to provide technical expertise in multi-TDL architectures (including Link 16), tactical interface management, and air defense / surveillance systems
Work the integration, deployment, and operation of government-approved Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS), one-way transfer (OWT) technologies, and guard apparatuses to facilitate secure data flow across classification boundaries
Manage, track, and report on organizational data owner policies, security classification guidance, and data sharing directives to ensure strict compliance with federal and defense information assurance guidelines
Work the development, integration, and maintenance of tactical track feeds and Common Tactical Pictures (CTP) to generate cohesive, theater-wide Common Operational Pictures (COP) for operational command centers
Interface with Joint Interface Control Officers (JICO)
Work with many stakeholders to prioritize simultaneous activities

Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 20+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree and at least 12+ years of relevant experience.
Must have familiarity with MDA or DoW policies and processes for security boundaries.
Must have familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office lines of effort, capabilities, and initiatives.
Must have practical knowledge of joint and multi-tactical data link networks (MTN), including the protocols, architectures, and interface standards required for secure, real-time tactical communications.
Must have experience/Familiarity with drafting initial content, editing for clarity and style, evaluating for technical accuracy, and finalizing the text for publication of technical documents.
Must have experience navigating federal cross-domain approval pipelines, security authorization processes, and compliance criteria managed by national-level cross-domain oversight bodies.

Desired Qualifications:

Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment, preferred.
Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment, preferred.
Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts, preferred.
Enable secure and timely data access and transfer between networks operating at different security classification levels or security control, preferred.
Knowledge of where sensitive information can be controlled and exchanged based on policy and guidelines, preferred.

Security Requirements:

Must have an Active Secret clearance and the ability to maintain it.

Travel Requirements:

Minimal Travel; 10% or less
