Senior Business Systems Analyst Dynamics 365

Role summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to serve as the functional and technical subject matter expert for our enterprise Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform environment. This role involves analyzing complex business and system processes, managing requirements, configuring the platform, and providing tier-3 support. You will lead initiatives across multiple projects with limited oversight, requiring a strong understanding of both the technology and the business context. Responsibilities include analyzing processes, data, integrations, and reporting; defining, documenting, and testing requirements; configuring Dynamics 365; managing defects; resolving system design and integration issues; and providing tier-3 support. You will also lead process improvement, knowledge sharing, and evaluate analysis tools, while tracking the Microsoft product roadmap and coaching junior analysts.
