Role summary
VaynerX is seeking an Associate Director, Recruitment to manage and own the full life cycle recruiting process. This role involves balancing multiple roles, ensuring a diverse candidate pool, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective interview processes. The Associate Director will also create programs to build candidate pipelines, develop sourcing strategies, manage the candidate experience, and contribute to employment brand strategy. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in full cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines, demonstrated success in process design and transformation, and familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS). A passion for building diverse and inclusive teams and an empathetic approach to relationships are essential.

Associate Director, Recruitment
Manages and owns full life cycle recruiting: preparation, sourcing, screening, selecting, scheduling, and hiring
Balance and prioritize multiple roles at once while ensuring an active, diverse, and healthy candidate pool across positions
Manage hiring efforts for positions across various VaynerX locations
Work closely with Hiring Managers to navigate seamlessly through the hiring process and ensure a thorough understanding of the technical requirements of each role
Partner with hiring teams to set expectations and develop consistent interview processes that lead to quality hires
Collaborate across VaynerX’s Talent team to support process improvements and share knowledge
Create innovative programs, events, and campaigns to generate awareness and build candidate pipelines that align with recruitment goals
Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities by formulating plans to fill new roles quickly and assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each search
Develop and employ effective sourcing strategies that deliver strong and diverse talent for current and future needs
Manage candidate experience; guiding candidates through the recruiting life-cycle by being highly responsive with candidate communications.
Build talent pipelines and ensure that every candidate experience is thoughtful, kind, and a clear representation of what it's like to work at VaynerX
Play a crucial role in shaping VaynerX’s future by making recommendations on employment brand strategy.
Required Skills/Experience:
5 - 7 years experience in full cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines.
Demonstrated experience designing and transforming processes and programs that align with company values
Familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS) and other workforce systems
Passionate about building and supporting diverse & inclusive teams and cultures
Experience collaborating successfully with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview process, and interview assessment
An empathetic approach to building relationships based in trust and transparency with candidates and hiring managers
