Role summary
Veeva Systems is seeking an MLR expert to lead review quality for its AI-powered Falcon MLR application across Europe. This role involves deep engagement with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) processes, understanding European codes, and leveraging AI to improve review accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with the founding team to translate customer feedback into product enhancements, investigate AI findings, and automate tasks. The position requires hands-on experience with MLR review, knowledge of European regulatory standards, and familiarity with AI in daily work, operating within a startup-like environment within Veeva.
The Role
MLR review is one of the Life Science industry's biggest bottlenecks - and we're rebuilding it with AI.
Falcon MLR is Veeva's AI application for medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review. Our AI agents review promotional material the way expert reviewers do: against the actual rules of each market and the science behind the claims. We're looking for an MLR expert to take ownership of review quality across Europe.
You have sat in the review meetings. You know the codes, the process, and their pain points. Now, help build the reviewer and shape the future of MLR for the entire Life Science industry. You'll work directly with Falcon MLR's founding team, and your judgment will ship into a product used globally by the top Pharmaceutical companies.
We work like a start-up inside Veeva. The team is small, you own your area end to end, and your decisions reach the product fast. It suits people who like to build and take ownership.
Jobs that combine deep MLR expertise with frontier AI barely exist. This is one.
