Role summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant (NP/PA) to provide on-site care in long-term care settings in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time role focuses on building meaningful patient relationships and working collaboratively. Responsibilities include performing exams, diagnosing and treating conditions, ordering tests, prescribing medications, developing care plans, and educating patients and families. A minimum of 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility is required, along with an active and unrestricted NP, PA, or Physician license in Ohio. Strong clinical and critical thinking skills are essential, with a passion for elder care preferred.
