Role summary

Seeking a Sr. Test Engineer with 7+ years of experience in Minneapolis, MN. The role requires expertise in controller firmware testing, including HIL, SiL, simulation, and white box testing. Key responsibilities involve developing and executing accelerated reliability test strategies, DVP&Rs, and performing reliability and endurance testing (HALT, HASS). Experience with accelerated testing of mechanical and electrical systems, software and embedded systems testing, measurement systems analysis, and sound and vibration testing is essential. Proficiency in reliability tools like DFMEA, FTA, HALT, and statistical analysis tools such as miniTAB and JMP is required. Familiarity with LEAN, Six Sigma, and/or DFSS is also expected. A Bachelor of Science in Engineering is mandatory, with an MS strongly desired.
