Role summary

Verizon Wireless Zone is seeking a Sales Associate to build business and expand the store's reputation by providing attentive, helpful, and friendly service to create and retain loyal Verizon Wireless customers. The role involves attaining and maintaining current training on all Verizon Wireless products, services, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities include selling and servicing Verizon wireless plans and products, troubleshooting customer problems, and resolving issues. The ideal candidate will have sales or customer service experience, high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency with computer programs, and be reliable, punctual, and available for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Spanish bilingual skills may be preferred. This is a fast-paced sales environment with the potential for significant financial rewards based on sales results.

As a Verizon Wireless Zone Sales Associate, you will build business and expand your store’s reputation by providing attentive, helpful, and friendly service to create and retain loyal Verizon Wireless customers. You will attain and maintain current training on all Verizon Wireless products and services plus, VZ Wireless policies and procedures. You will sell and service Verizon wireless plans and products as well as troubleshoot customers’ problems with plans and products and resolve issues.

Qualifications of Successful Sales Associates:

Sales or Customer Service experience
High School diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with a variety of computer programs
Reliable, punctual and available for flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Spanish bilingual skills may be given preference in some locations.
