What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation: $110,000–$140,000 base salary, based on your mutually agreed-upon schedule, plus 23% ProSal bonuses.
  • Flexible employment options: This full-time role will establish a schedule within the urgent care hours of the clinic which are Monday through Friday 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and, Saturday and Sunday 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

    • What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-quality urgent and same-day veterinary care for patients presenting with acute illnesses, injuries, and other time-sensitive conditions.
  • Stabilize and manage patients with urgent or emergent medical conditions, determining when hospitalization, surgery, or referral is appropriate.
  • Utilize in-house diagnostic capabilities including radiography, laboratory testing, ultrasound, and other point-of-care diagnostics as appropriate.
  • Communicate diagnoses, prognoses, treatment options, and recommendations clearly with pet owners.
  • Perform common urgent-care procedures such as wound management, laceration repair, abscess treatment, and other minor procedures.
  • Build trusting client relationships through compassionate communication and medical expertise.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative hospital culture centered on teamwork, learning, and excellent medicine.
