Role summary

Companion Animal Clinic is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This role involves practicing high-level medicine and surgery for companion animals. The clinic offers state-of-the-art facilities and a supportive environment. Responsibilities include diagnosing, developing treatment plans, and educating clients on pet health and wellness. The position requires a licensed Virginia Veterinarian and offers a salary range of $140,000 - $170,000, with benefits such as PTO, health insurance, 401k, and CE allowance. General surgical experience is preferred but not required.

About the Job:

Companion Animal Clinic is looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our incredible staff! Our clinic would provide an excellent environment for veterinarians interested in practicing the highest level of medicine and surgery.

Pay Rate: $140,000 - $170,000 for full-time DVMs (commensurate with experience/shift schedule)

Schedule Needs: Full-Time, 30-40 hours per week; rotating 1-2 half day Saturdays per month

GP Hours: M-F: 8AM – 6PM; Sat: 8AM – 1PM; Sun: Closed

    • Qualifications:

  • Licensed Virginia Veterinarian – active and in good standing
  • 2+ years of general surgical or dental experience or is preferred
  • General surgical experience or willingness to learn preferred
