Role summary

Borash Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time Veterinarian to join their supportive team in Peabody, MA. The clinic, serving the community since 1979, focuses on high-quality, compassionate care for cats and dogs. This role offers a balanced schedule with 4-day work weeks, a 3:1 staff-to-doctor ratio, competitive pay starting at $135,000k+ plus production, and comprehensive benefits including health/vision/dental, retirement, PTO, CE allowance, and more. Partnership opportunities are available through VPP. The facility is modern, equipped with in-house diagnostics, ultrasound, digital x-ray/dental x-ray, and a surgery suite.

What You Can Expect Here

  • A balanced schedule that respects your time. Four days per week (with alternating Saturdays), 9–10 hour shifts that include a real lunch break, and flexibility if you need it.
